Recipe:

  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/2 chopped shallot
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill
  • 4-6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • A small dash of honey (optional)

Blend until creamy & mix with salad leaves and veggies of choice— this recipe uses steamed snow peas, asparagus, radish and fresh cucumber.
